★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen CERO disposición, se escudan en la CITA para no atenderte, cuando si acaso había 15 personas formadas, ya que a la mayoría la rechazan.
Se lavan las manos diciendo que PODEMOS IR A OTRO MODULO(VALLEJO) con mas capacidad, de la cual no queda duda de que no tienen CAPACIDAD, empatía, servicio al cliente, solución.
Y las citas están llenas hasta MARZO.
Me pregunto: si te urge el tramite , si te robaron la credencial, la 3era edad, que solución tienen, personas que no tienen acceso a una computadora...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tener las precauciones necesarias con los adultos mayores, ya que hay pocas bancas donde puedan esperar. Hay mucha gente, casi no se respeta la sana distancia y solo atienden con cita. La fila se va formando conforme a la hora de la cita, siempre y cuando se llegue a tiempo, de lo contrario si vas hasta la cola. Así que no tiene caso llegar con mucho tiempo de anticipación, pero si se debe llegar antes de la cita.

5 módulos y sólo atendiendo 2. Yo también quiero un trabajo donde me paguen por hacerme menso la mayor parte de la jornada. No entiendo porque hacer esperar tanto a los ciudadanos por una cita (con hora) si atenderán conforme uno va llegando, hacen perder a uno su tiempo.
Si pudiera darles cero estrellas, se las daria con todo el gusto del mundo.
TERRIBLE!
5 modules and only attending 2. I also want a job where they pay me for being stupid most of the day. I don't understand why making citizens wait so long for an appointment (with time) if they will attend as one arrives, they waste one's time.
