La srita que captura tus datos fue muy amable en el proceso de toma de datos, toma de fotografía y revisión de los mismos. El horario es súper cómodo, al menos en la época en la que fui. Abren hasta domingos, de 9 a 1. El chico de la información, no fue grosero, ni nada, tampoco el más amable, normal. 5 estrellas. Personally, I renewed INE, they treated me in a hurry. E	Elias Hernández on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super mala atención, resolución a problemas y empatía, soy de Guadalajara, tuve un problema con el banco y me bloqueron la cuenta, tuve que venir a tramitar una reposición de credencial, solo es por cita las citas están hasta el 2 de Febrero en línea y de ahí hay que esperar a que te entreguen la INE, les expuse mi problema de que no me puedo quedar en el estado hasta esa fecha porque son más de 20 días y no tengo dinero por mi cuenta, además puedo perder mi trabajo entre todo lo que implica quedarse en otro estado más de 20 días mas, hospedaje y demás gastos, y no les importo, les dije que me podía quedar esperando todo el día y alguien faltaba a su cita ya me atendieran y no les importo, súper mal servicio de verdad. Cómo pueden ser tan cerrados y afectar así a las personas. Cuidado si vienen a Mérida y tienen que hacer algún trámite.
