★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si no tienes cita hay que ir a formase muy temprano para obtener ficha (no es seguro que te toque ya que a veces hay gente formada desde las 4 AM), se da prioridad a los citados (tanto puedes tardar 2 a 4 horas en pasar si no tienes cita), en cuanto a documentos requeridos deberían ser más específicos ya que si tú comprobante de domicilio (recibo de luz) no aparece con el nombre específico de tu domicilio (barrio, sección, colonia, ejido) no es válido y tienes que llevar 2 testigos. De igual manera tienes que llevar un acta de nacimiento certificada
If you do not have an appointment, you have to go to form very early to get a record (it is not certain that it will be your turn since sometimes there are people formed from 4 AM), priority is given to those mentioned (so it can take 2 to 4 hours to pass if you do not have an appointment), in terms of required documents they should be more specific since if your proof of address (electricity bill) does not appear with the specific name of your address (neighborhood, section, neighborhood, ejido) it is not valid and you have to bring 2 witnesses. In the same way you have to carry a certified birth certificate
