Tenia cita programada la cual no fue respetada y te hacen formar con las personas que no tienen cita. El personal no saber organizar a la gente y las filas tanto de tramite como de recoger se juntan. Very slow staff in addition to not having the necessary people to meet the high demand. I had a scheduled appointment which was not respected and they make you train with people who have no appointment. The staff does not know how to organize people and the lines of both processing and picking up come together.
