★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unos ineptos, entre los papeles que llevé venia una denuncia digital con QR que no me quisieron validar porque necesitaba el "sello", al ir al MP me dijeron que el QR es el sello digital y ya no necesita el entintado... una semana para que me dieran otra cita y de nuevo no lo quisieron aceptar a pesar de explicarles lo dicho por el MP y para colmo no cancelaron mi cita por lo que ahora no puedo sacar una cita hasta después de 15 días. Uno quiere hacer los tramites bien y cumplir con todo y estos incompetentes quitan las ganas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, pésima atención. Son muy prepotentes y absolutamente inflexibles. Ni siquiera hay razón para que contesten mal y lo único que hacen es comportarse de forma grosera y arrogante. Con todos los papeles correctos no me permitieron realizar una baja de placas, cuando en otra oficina (Magdalena Contreras) lo hice sin inconveniente alguno.
Terrible service, terrible attention. They are very pushy and absolutely inflexible. There is no reason even for them to answer badly and all they do is behave in a rude and arrogant way. With all the correct papers they did not allow me to remove my license plates, when in another office (Magdalena Contreras) I did it without any inconvenience.

Fui a tramitar mi renovation de t. Circulation y hoy 24 de nov cuando ya el gobiero anuncio que desde este dia ya se aguliazaria rl tramite vehicular, la senora de la recepcion, me pidio las tenencias, lo cual ya no aplica para los nuevos tramites,
Tenia mi cita, llegue a tiempo y por que ella quizo no me atendio y ella me cancelo mi cita. ( de verdad fue muuuy grosera)
En cambio en el modulo de acoxpa me indicaron que por linea se puede hacer la renovacion y que no tenia porque negarme en xochimilco el servicio. No recomiendo que vayan porque cualquier detalle te ponen trabas. Y no tienen criterio de lo que piden y de lo que le estamos entregado de docuemntos. La señora ya sabia el nuevo sistema de tramites vehicular e hizo que me fuera.

The lady already knew about the new vehicle paperwork system and made me leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obviamente si vienen con una actitud pesada a las oficinas de la Cdmx los van a tratar de la versh ... Les recomiendo que vengan tranquilos porque las chicas si están con sus carotas.... Procuren traer tooooooda su documentación completa .... Incluso con copias porque a pesar de que en mi trámite no decía que debía traer copias aquí si me las solicitaron.... Y Trainganse una pluma porque NO LAS PRESTAN ....
La chava que me atendió se porto buena onda y me la prestó .... Y fue rápido el trámite ...
