★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy acudí al tramite de impresión de licencia y me sorprendió la excelente actitud de servicio.
Pero la verdad la que hace que sean 5 estrellas es a la colaboradora que te toma la foto, ella tiene el don para hacerte reír y salir sonriendo en la licencia.
Altamente recomendable el MM20, siguen los protocolos de sanidad y explican muy bien los procedimientos del trámite ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al parecer la gente que trabaja aquí no sabe que es una carta poder ni para que sirve.
No me dejaron realizar un trámite por que "únicamente debe adistir la persona que agendó la cita", a pesar de llevar la carta poder de forma adecuada y de que en la propia página menciona que si no puede asistir la persona que solicitó la cita se puede hacer por un tercero con la dicho documento.
Lo peor de su argumento es que dijeron que la carta poder solo me dejaba hacer trámites, osea, justo lo que iba a hacer y justo por lo que la llevaba.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es muy amable. Pero ya estaba en el lugar, habia poca gente y no me atendieron por no tener cita. Son los procedimientos que les definen, pero es absurdo. Ahora hay que esperar hasta el dia que me la den.
Voy a tramitar una tarjeta de circulación. Recomiendo que paguen el trámite. Esperen unas 48 horas. Luego bajen el pago de Tenencia y paguen. Esperen a que pase el pago y saquen la maldita cita. En el pago de la Tenencia 2022 el sitio dice que no puedo tener descuento porque se venció la tarjeta. Y no puedo tener la tarjeta si no pago la tenencia. ¡Las trampas de la vida!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención, todos son muy despotas, excepto quien hace y entrega las licencias, los demás creen que te hacen un favor y son groseros, malhumorados, especialmente la mujer, ojalá sus supervisores puedan hacer algo, nos tienen esperando hasta que ellos quieran, evita agendar tu cita en este módulo, aunque la solución sería cambiar a esos funcionarios o educarlos, ojalá las autoridades se encarguen de mejorar esta situación.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porquería de atención. Te hacen dar vueltas porque no te dan la información completa. Todos los funcionarios son groseros y malhunorados. Trabajan muy lento y te tienen esperando. Muy ineficientes.
En otro módulo en mismo trámite es mas rápido.
Había mas gente que estábamos haciendo trámites y TODOS teníamos algún problema. Si puedes evitar hacer tu cita aquí mucho mejor, busca otro modulo. NO RECOMIENDO este módulo de semovi. Seguro en algún otro el trato es mejor.
Attention crap. They make you spin because they don't give you the complete information. All the officials are rude and ill-tempered. They work very slow and they keep you waiting. Very inefficient.
In another module in the same procedure it is faster.
There were more people who were doing paperwork and we ALL had some problem. If you can avoid making your appointment here much better, look for another module. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this semovi module. Sure in someone else the deal is better.
