★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio fui en tres ocasiones y no pude realizar el trámite cada vez que fui me pedía documentos distintos y la última vez lleve todo lo que me habían pedido y que no podía realizar el trámite ya que la página del SAT los tenía bloqueado se molestaron porque exigimos que nos atendieran porque se la pasan dando vueltas y uno en la lluvia

Después de estar formado por 20 minutos en una fila improvisada sin vigilancia donde cualquier persona se puede meter, me informaron que el sistema no servía para realizar el trámite de renovación de licencia de conducir. Este informe fue por casualidad por escuchar a una de las trabajadoras hablar con un grupo de personas alejadas de la fila que supuestamente harían el mismo trámite que yo y preguntarle.
Es cierto que el sistema no servía? Su indicación fue acudir al módulo de plaza oriente para el trámite.
Hay alguien que supervise el trabajo y la organización de este módulo movil? Definitivamente no está haciendo su trabajo bien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, no tenían plastico para las tarjetas de circulación, por lo cual no se puede realizar dicho trámite; y para la licencia te reciben la documentación pero hora y media después te informan que no hay sistema, y que dicho error es a nivel Ciudad de México, por lo que me traslade a otro módulo, en el que me informarón que no era cierto que el sistema presentará errores.
Very bad service, they did not have plastic for the circulation cards, for which this procedure can not be done; and for the license they receive the documentation but an hour and a half later they inform you that there is no system, and that this error is at Mexico City level, so I moved to another module, in which I informed that it was not true that the system will have errors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy 4 de abril del 2009 fui a tramitar cambio de propietario y licencia, y fue super tardado 3 horas y media formada. En realidad el trámite es muy sencillo si llevas toda la documentación.sali más rápido con el cambio de propietario. Y de la licencia después de estar formada, tarde una hora más. En si 4horas y media para estos dos trámites.??

En mi caso, mi experiencia fue mala a pesar de llevar la documentación en orden, ellos se equivocaron en una letra de las placas y tuve que hacer todo el proceso nuevamente. Si vas temprano se demoran por organizar su desayuno y en el caso de una chica se estaba maquillando y, si vas en la tarde se demoran por organizar la comida. Así que ante todo MUCHA PACIENCIA al momento de acudir al SEMOVI 16
