★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy en este momento en el módulo de atención, aclarando que son las 7:28 a.m. del 19 de Septiembre de 2019 y aún no han abierto, de hecho llevo esperando desde las 6:40 a.m. y nadie ha entrado, entonces si habren supuestamente a las 7:00 a.m. no es siempre además preguntando al personal que labora aquí me comentan que habren entre las 8:00 a.m. y 9:00 a.m., solo para que no estén esperanzados a que los atenderán a esa hora, como lo crei yo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentable las respuestas de PROFECO ante el consumidor tal párese que están a las ordenes de las grandes aerolíneas, mi vuelo se deboro casi 4 horas. Esta procuraduria debería de desaparcer para que no genere gasto al erario.
Unfortunately PROFECO's responses to the consumer are such that they are at the orders of the big airlines, my flight was due for almost 4 hours. This attorney should disappear so that it does not generate spending on the treasury.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente me trataron exactamente como se espera de los burócratas. Acudí a este módulo en persona con una queja contra Aeroméxico. Primero la señorita me dijo que Aeroméxico tenía razón (sin hacerme las preguntas necesarias para informarle del incidente). Luego me sugirió que yo fuera al Instituto Nacional de Migración. Le pregunté qué pueden hacer ellos. (Nada, desde luego. La queja no tiene que ver con Migración). Después, me aconsejó que fuera a Aeroméxico con mi queja. (Si Aeroméxico me hubiera ayudado, para qué estaría yo en PROFECO?). Al final, me dio la dirección de otra sucursal de PROFECO. En resumen, me tocó una empleada que prefería que otros hicieran su trabajo.
Unfortunately they treated me exactly as expected of the bureaucrats. I came to this module in person with a complaint against Aeroméxico. I asked him what they can do. (Nothing, of course. The complaint has nothing to do with Migration). Later, he advised me to go to Aeromexico with my complaint. (If Aeroméxico had helped me, why would I be in PROFECO?). In the end, he gave me the address of another PROFECO branch. In short, I got an employee who preferred that others do their work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no te resuelven nada, tal parece que están a favor de las aerolíneas. No tiene caso que haya un módulo ahí y mucho menos que vayan a perder su tiempo.
Terrible service, they do not solve anything for you, it seems that they are in favor of the airlines. It makes no sense that there is a module there, much less that they are going to waste their time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abren a las 9 am, por el incremento en los contagios las oficinas de quejas cierran a la 1pm. Aunque las audiencias siguen en horarios ya otorgados. La atención fue muy buena, aunque había un poco de gente cuando fui y tardé en pasar unos 25 mins. Pero al final me dieron mi fecha de audiencia conciliatoria. Muy amable el personal
