★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es triste ver cómo al ISSFAM y a los disque funcionarios, les importa un bledo todos los que estuvimos en las fuerzas armadas, parece que tenemos que mendingar por qué nos atiendan, las que llegan a contestar lo dejan a uno botado en el teléfono por más de hora y media, y si no simplemente cuelgan las llamadas, ahí es donde el presidente obrador debería poner atención, por qué es una porquería de dependencia y ellos disfrutan de lo que a uno le quitan para que vivan a expensas de uno, es la peor dependencia de todo el país

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de ayer fui a revisión de mi documentación para el trámite de mi préstamo hipotecario, no saque cita porque como bien comentan muchos nunca contestan el teléfono o te malinforman, a pesar de no llevar cita, la señorita Iris o Isis (no recuerdo bien su nombre) nos atendió muy amable; no así su jefa que llegó en una forma muy grosera y prepotente a llamarle la atención frente a todos por qué no había revisado un documento por estarnos atendiendo. Pésima esa sra que regaña a sus subordinados por estar trabajando, además ahí la estuvo apurando y regañando hasta que la señorita recogió sus cosas y nos tuvo que decir ya muy apresurada que mejor sacaramos cita otro día para que nos terminara de revisar la documentación, poco faltó para que su jefa se la llevará de la oreja.
