No hay seriedad en ese sentido, cuando menos se tomaran la molestia en preguntar o consultarte antes de salir con que el precio será más elevado del cotizado pero ni esa molestia se toman.
The reality is that it is a place where they can give you a solution, however, they are not serious in their work, they quote you a price and at the time of delivery it turns out that the work was complicated and that it will be more expensive. There is no seriousness in that sense, at least they will take the trouble to ask or consult you before leaving with the fact that the price will be higher than the quoted price but not even that hassle is taken.
