El único problema es que tienen muy mala atención al cliente.
Creo el dueño debe poner más atención en ello.
Uno va y si no está el molde que uno quiere el personal que acomoda indica que lo pida en mostrador y en mostrador dicen que tenemos que hacer pedido y en 2 días estará listo.
No es posible que siendo la fábrica no puedan elaborar 1 molde que no sea pedido modelo especial deben tomar en cuenta que en ocasiones la gente va de paso y con ello pierden 1 venta que en la actualidad deben saber es valiosa.
Y si uno marca tardan en contestar y cuando contestan dicen que el pedido lo levantan por Whatsapp y tardan en dar respuesta.
Digo el cliente es cliente y si ya está llamando nada cuesta tomar el pedido.
Y otra si se nos pasa dar el # de modelo no levantan el pedido pues se debe dar a como de lugar digo si ya les mandé imagen como fábrica deben saber el código para facilitar la venta.

And if one dials they take time to answer and when they answer they say that the request is raised by Whatsapp and they take time to respond.
I say the client is a client and if he is already calling, it costs nothing to take the order.
And another, if we miss giving the model #, they don't pick up the order, because it should be given to whatever place I say if I already sent them an image as a factory, they should know the code to facilitate the sale.
