★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible la experiencia de compra y justo como ya leí en algún comentario en cuanto ellos entregan el paquete en mensajeria se lavan las manos y no es problema de ellos, eso se llama servicio postventa y da muy buenos resultados cuando se ejecuta, también creo que será interesante reportar en PROFECO por publicidad engañosa ya que dicen que entregan de 3 a 5 días hábiles, voy por el séptimo día, ignoran mis mensajes en WhatsApp y cero interés en dejar un cliente satisfecho, NO RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR aunque el producto esté bueno (al menos eso espero, si es que llega)
Terrible shopping experience and just as I read in a comment as soon as they deliver the package by courier they wash their hands and it is not their problem, that is called after-sales service and it gives very good results when it is executed, I also think it will be interesting to report on PROFECO for misleading advertising since they say they deliver from 3 to 5 business days, I'm on the seventh day, they ignore my messages on WhatsApp and zero interest in leaving a satisfied customer, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE even though the product is good (at less so I hope, if it comes)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para encontrar tisanas y té, tiene una gran variedad, casi imposible de elegir uno. Mi favorito masala celestial, con canela anís, Jengibre y cardamomo o mango vainilla que también con un sabor exquisito para preparar en casa.
