No es Broma he comprado varias veces en esa rosticeria y he parado en el Hospital por envenenamiento.
vivo cerca de la zona y veo como traen el pollo y lo dejan en el piso a lado del horno por horas sin refrigerar,
A veces lo dejan olvidado en una mesa a lado del horno por horas en lo que lo preparan para metre otros pollos al horno.
No conocen de higiene ni mucho menos conocen de la cadena de refrigeración que debe de seguir el pollo.
Poisoned Chickens Danger
It's not a joke, I bought several times in that rosticeria and stopped at the hospital for poisoning.
I live near the area and see how they bring the chicken and leave it on the floor next to the oven for hours without refrigerating,
Sometimes they leave it forgotten on a table next to the oven for hours in which they prepare it to put other baked chickens.
They do not know hygiene, much less know the refrigeration chain that the chicken should follow.
