Las piezas no salieron todas chamuscadas, con cortes limpios .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es buena, pero no saben colocar el material y los cortes no quedan bien. Me arruinaron dos veces una caja por ponerle mucha intensidad al láser. No había tenido problema antes, no sé si cambiaron al encargado, pero ya no vuelvo a ir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace como año y medio conocí el lugar y comencé a mandar a hacer trabajos ahí, ya que ofrecen buen precio y normalmente me entregaban el mismo día que encargaba mi trabajo. Además de que tenían la gran ventaja de encargarles mi trabajo vía mail y solo pasar a pagar y recojer. Pero su atención al cliente deja mucho que desear, envío correos que no me contestan hasta que les llamo para avisarles, entiendo que no están al pendiente todo el día, pero luego tardaban 3 días en revisar mis correos y lo hacían solo porque les llamaba para preguntar
La última ocasión el joven que me atendió la llamada fue con toda la flojera del mundo, dijo que revisaría mi correo y nunca lo hizo, fue más fácil ir personalmente al local porque me urgía y en el local nadie sabía de que les hablaba. Es obvio que ni entre los trabajadores se comunican. Honestamente la calidad del trabajo nunca me había parecido mala, pero su atención al cliente ha cambiado y ya no me parece buena.

Que bueno que no les encargue nada, si no pueden atender a los clientes, ni pensar en sus tiempos de entrega.
