Totally delicious is from the sierra, it is stuffed with stewed chicken and it is accompanied with lettuce broth from tomaté or tomato ... green or red with cheese ... and as extra legs in vinaigrette or hard boiled eggs ... Totally recommendable !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelentes carnitas y chicharrones al estilo de la Sierra Norte de Puebla. Hechas al día, con una buena atención y servicio, con bastante carne. Es difícil de encontrar en la ciudad de Puebla este estilo de realizarlas (más doradita la carne) y chicharrón con carne. Una verdadera delicia.
Excellent carnitas and chicharrones in the style of the Sierra Norte de Puebla. Made up to date, with good care and service, with plenty of meat. It is difficult to find in the city of Puebla this style of making them (the meat is more golden brown) and pork rinds with meat. A true delight.
