En las clases de prenatal fue de gran ayuda para estrechar el vínculo con mi esposo y con nuestra nena.
Perfect place, I attended gymnastics classes for pregnant women, as well as prenatal stimulation and they helped me a lot to feel more active, relaxed and with less pain during pregnancy, not to mention the benefits I had at the time of delivery, it turned out to be very calm and A nice experience. In the prenatal classes it was a great help to strengthen the bond with my husband and our baby.
