★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen lugar, el diseño es muy confortable tiene todo lo necesario, limpio, muy amable el trato, seguro regreso, el check in es a las 3PM llegue al medio día pero me apoyaron solo espere 30 minutos, los precios son de las mejores opciones

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El restaurant llamado Tierra Colorada tiene una bonita decoración, es pequeño pero con bastante aceptable variedad en su menú tanto de alimentos como de bebidas, además de que su sazón es bueno y sus precios en el rango promedio, además inician su servicio desde temprano cuando muchos de los sitios en la zona aún permanecen cerrados
The restaurant called Tierra Colorada has a nice decoration, it is small but with quite an acceptable variety in its menu of both food and drinks, in addition to the fact that its seasoning is good and its prices are in the average range, they also start their service early when many of sites in the area still remain closed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel pequeño con un concepto confortable, habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias, precio justo, agua caliente, ubicación a los alrededores de zonas concurridas por lo que puedes disfrutar de las zonas turísticas pero sin ruido en las noches.
También cuenta con servicio de restaurante con vista al jardín.
Un gato muy lindo que disfruta las caricias y es muy dormilón, pelusa es su nombre.
Small hotel with a comfortable concept, very comfortable and clean rooms, fair price, hot water, location close to busy areas so you can enjoy the tourist areas but without noise at night.
It also has a restaurant service overlooking the garden.
A very cute cat who enjoys petting and is very sleepy, fluff is his name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The decor and concept are nice, but the tiling in the bathroom already looks old and dirty. There was a terrible smell in our room the entire time, maybe mould or damp somewhere. The service was ok, they charge 20 pesos for a small bottle of water. The reception were reluctant to call a taxi for us ‘because it takes a while to arrive’ and suggested Uber…I think Uber is quite new in Tuxtla so there aren’t many drivers, so we had to wait over 25 mins for an Uber. Would have been nice if they could have just called a taxi. They have a weird thing about giving the tv and aircon remote on check in and you have to remember to bring it back to reception at check out. I forgot so he made me go back up to the room to get them.. was already stressed because of the taxi situation and a bus to catch so it seemed unnecessary and kind of bad service.
