★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en atención. Pagas por un tratamiento de corto tiempo Express y te dejan esperando 4 horas, y considerando que no es nada barato los tratamientos. Atendienden a mas gente de la que pueden menajar loa estilista, y considerando que si uno de los estilistas no tiene gente y ven que tu tratamiento ya terminó te dejan ahí te ignoran cuando mínimo deberían de adelantar al servicio. No niego que los estilistas son amables y agradables pero la falta de atención deja mucho que desear. Asimismo, si vemos lasel medidas de protección son completamos nulas. En no personal estoy completamente insatisfecha con el servicio.
Terrible service in attention. You pay for a short-time Express treatment and they leave you waiting 4 hours, and considering that the treatments are not cheap. They serve more people than the stylist can handle, and considering that if one of the stylists does not have people and they see that your treatment is over, they leave you there, they ignore you when they should at least advance the service. I do not deny that the stylists are friendly and personable but the lack of attention leaves much to be desired. Also, if we see the protection measures are completely null. In non-staff I am completely dissatisfied with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su atención para conmigo ha sido muy buena, en cuanto a los productos son orgánicos, de calidad y si sigues sus recomendaciones son muy durables, yo he ido por el tratamiento de expoliación capilar y todoooo súper bien, mi cabello ha ido recuperando su estructura original. En cuánto a costos, pues si es caro pero vale la pena cada peso que se paga. He ido 2 ocasiones y regresaré para hacerme el seda glow.
His attention to me has been very good, in terms of the products they are organic, of quality and if you follow his recommendations they are very durable, I have gone for the hair spoliation treatment and allooo super good, my hair has been recovering its original structure . In terms of costs, it is expensive but it is worth every peso that is paid. I have been 2 times and I will return to get the silk glow.
