No nos responden el teléfono, y su única respuesta es que necesitan tiempo... ya han pasado tres semanas. Cero recomendable y poco profesional ante incidentes como estos!
More than terrible service, they lost us a Yves Saint Laurent brand jacket, and they give us long for a solution.
They don't answer the phone, and their only answer is that they need time ... it's been three weeks. Zero recommended and unprofessional for incidents like these!
