★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada profesionales, hacen lo que se les antoja y cobran caro para lo que hacen, tardan hasta 6hrs en terminar un trabajo y aparte mal hecho y el pelo termina increíblemente maltratado. No los recomendamos.
Not professional at all, they do what they want and charge dearly for what they do, it takes up to 6 hours to finish a job and also badly done and the hair ends up incredibly damaged. We do not recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quede muy satisfecha con el estilo ombre que me hicieron y el color cenizo que obtuve, debido a que el proceso toma bastante tiempo, el estilista es muy amable y te ofrece algo de beber siempre y hay muy buena comunicación antes y después de que te realicen el proceso, ya que los puedes contactar por WhatsApp y te contestan bastante rápido a pesar de lo ocupados que se mantienen.
I was very satisfied with the ombre style they made me and the ash color that I got, because the process takes a long time, the stylist is very friendly and offers you something to drink always and there is very good communication before and after you are done the process, since you can contact them on WhatsApp and they answer you quite quickly despite how busy they are.

Áreas de oportunidad: Limpieza del lugar, exigir y aplicar uso de cubrebocas (uno de los estilistas no lo usa y habla en tu cara) fue muy lento mi servicio (5 hrs y comúnmente me lo hacen otros en 3). Los precios no son accesibles. Mi costo promedio es de 700 a mil. Y aquí pagué 1,500 por cabello al mentón. En gral creo que les falta.
ACTUALIZACION: Cambio mi calificación, porque es el segundo día del trabajo en mi cabello y no se ve. Mejor me hubiera pagado un tinte de $200 pesos. Quedó súper maltratado y sin cambio notorio.

Tan mayores que están las señoras que atienden y parecen novatas, me aconsejaron que regresará para que me arreglen el corte, sin embargo no lo haré por qué ahorita aún tengo remedio con un buen estilista, ellas solo me lo terminarían de arruinar $150.00 tirados a la basura. Y lo de menos es el dinero, es más valioso mi cabello jamás regresaré y le pido a las personas que busquen quien les haga un buen corte que no asistan a esta estética.
Horrible cut. The ladies who attend are so old and they seem to be newbies, they advised me that I will return to have my cut fixed, however I will not do it because right now I still have a remedy with a good stylist, they would only end up ruining $150.00 thrown at me trash. And the least of it is money, my hair is more valuable. I will never return and I ask people who are looking for someone to give them a good cut not to attend this beauty salon.
