★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, compre una moto con promoción de placas gratis, el vendedor me dijo que mi forma de pago si era valido para hacer valida la promoción, después de un mes mis placas no habían llegado y cuando fui a ver que pasaba el gerente dijo que por la forma de pago no podía hacer valida la promoción, en vez de buscar una forma de resolverlo ya que era error de ellos, simplemente me dijo que no se podía hacer nada, por que no tenia nada por escrito que los obligara.
 Very bad experience, I bought a motorcycle with a free plate promotion, the seller told me that my payment method was valid to validate the promotion, after a month my plates had not arrived and when I went to see what was happening the manager said that due to the payment method he could not make the promotion valid, instead of looking for a way to solve it since it was their mistake, he simply told me that nothing could be done, because he had nothing in writing that would oblige them.

Mi moto nesecitaba servicio
Cumplió diez mil km y quedé satisfecho por el servicio porque encontré el material para la afinación y me la entregaron el mismo día pero tendrás que llevarla temprano.
En la tienda podrás encontrar cascos llantas chamarra candados aceites y todo lo que ocupa un motociclista.

Un detalle, revisa bien lo que compras porque luego vienen con detalles que puedes aclarar en el momento, revisa llantas, rines, busca si hay algún golpe, etc... Sé por qué te lo digo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los vendedores no tienen idea de lo que es atención a clientes, además de que no tienen ningún conocimiento de lo que se supone que están vendiendo, es más probable que sepas tú como comprador.
Bastó hacer 2 preguntas técnicas relacionadas a los servicios, una al técnico y otra al "gerente" para darnos cuenta que no tienen la más remota idea de lo que hacen. Si tienes experiencia en motos o tienes a un mecánico de confianza, haz los servicios por tu cuenta.
Sellers have no idea what customer service is, plus they have no knowledge of what they are supposed to be selling, you as a buyer are more likely to know.
It was enough to ask 2 technical questions related to the services, one to the technician and the other to the "manager" to realize that they do not have the remotest idea of what they do. If you have experience on motorcycles or have a trusted mechanic, do the services on your own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen motos nuevas muy buenas y accesorios que se ven cool peeeeeeero su gran problema es la atención al cliente, pareciera que se molestan por el simple hecho de entrar y solo por eso no dan ganas de ver ni preguntar a gusto por lo que te agrada. Vaya al entrar no recibi ni un "buenas tardes" y ya adentro la chica y el chico estaban ocupados con su celular.
Y en mas de 3 ocasiones que he ido a sido lo mismo ??
