★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann man sich sparen, da es nur Nerven kostet und man hier definitiv kein Geld zurückbekommt. Ist eine reine Marketingangelegenheit für die Shops, die Money Back anbieten, da der Grundgedanke für Kunden attraktiv ist.
Can you save yourself, because it only costs nerves and you definitely will not get any money back. Is a mere marketing matter for the shops that offer Money Back, as the basic idea for customers is attractive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo. Muy mala atención en los dos locales, el del shopping la isla y el del aeropuerto. En ambos locales nos dieron información diferente y contradictoria. Por suerte las oficinas de Tax Free funcionan de manera impecable y pudimos solocitar la devolución de los impuestos con ellos en lugar de aquí. En Moneyback ni siquieran son capaces de responder a las consultas vía correo electrónico. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.
Appalling. Very bad attention at the two locations, the one on the island and the one at the airport. In both places they gave us different and contradictory information. Luckily Tax Free offices work flawlessly and we were able to request a tax refund with them instead of here. At Moneyback they are not even able to answer queries via email. I do not recommend at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MoneyBack Mexico is a total scam. They're claiming they can't give me a refund because my credit card has a shortened version of my name, which differs from my passport. They saw both documents at the airport and this didn't come up.
