The rate here was very good! The exchange rate was $ 1 = 14 pesos at a rate of 14.19 pesos per Canadian dollar. $ 120 = 1680 pesos including fees! it is perfect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la primera vez que una casa de cambio me exige pasaporte para poder cambiar dinero. No aceptan identificación de tu país ni copias de pasaporte. Uno siendo extranjera no saca el pasaporte a la calle por un tema de seguridad. He estado en varios países y nunca vi algo similar...con tanta burocracia ponen trabas al turista y perjudican directamente a mercado 28 que esta cerca. Ya que al no poder cambiar limitan tus opciones de compra.
It is the first time that an exchange house requires me a passport to be able to change money. They do not accept your country ID or passport copies. One being a foreigner does not take the passport to the street for a security issue. I have been to several countries and never saw anything similar ... with so much bureaucracy they put obstacles to the tourist and directly harm market 28 that is nearby. Since not being able to change limit your purchase options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a terrible place to exchange money, they ask numerous unnecessary questions (e.g asking where I get my money from, how often I get paid, where I live, and my paystub) all these questions just to exchange $300 dollars. Go else where if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a legit money exchange place. They MIGHT ask you for your passport when exchanging money, but they didnt for me. The CAD exchange rate is not nearly as good as the USD or EU exchange rates, but it seems like this is consistent in Mexico. But it was fast, efficient, with a receipt given, and overall what you need if you're looking to get your money changed in.
