The interaction between Palacio and this tax refund shop was very poor, and we had to wait about an hour for everyone to get their documents together with multiple staff involved from both companies. I had still not received any refund 2 months later, but they would not respond to communications. For months I thought they had some sort of fraud running, but I did finally receive my refund... after one YEAR! (13 months, actually) Avoid.
