The attention to detail with presentation, the cook on the meats, perfectly cooked egg, and the deep, flavourful broths - were just excellent. They also have an amazing smoked kombucha. This place is a must-visit in Guadalajara.

You'll seat in the counter, right in front of the kitchen, watch your meal being cooked, and enjoy the authentic flavors afterwards, adding to a whole amazing Japanese-themed experience!

The ramen is delicious, made with increíble care and attention to detail and it’s such a delight to sit at the small bar. The two owners were incredibly kind and helpful to me — seemingly taking delight in sharing both their inspirations about food and places I should see in their city. Just go!!
