Hay que pelear para poder obtener una factura, en mi caso me tardé 3 semanas.
0 profesional.
1 star because I can't put less... terrible service and attitude of the employees, they don't even use a face mask inside the office...
You have to fight to get an invoice, in my case it took me 3 weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me rompieron un foco lateral el 30 de abril de 2022 y no se quisieron hacer responsables. Tengo años yendo ahí y al comentar que estarían perdiendo a un cliente que lleva 2 autos semanalmente su respuesta fue: "No los traes semanalmente". Triste que un servicio de buena calidad se manche por una pésima solución de conflictos.
They broke a side light on me on April 30, 2022 and they did not want to take responsibility. I have been going there for years and when commenting that they would be losing a client who takes 2 cars weekly, their response was: "You don't bring them weekly." Sad that a good quality service is tainted by a lousy conflict resolution.
