★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a 2002 Avalanche which has had a front end problem. After getting some parts replaced needed an Alignment. There are not a large number of places for computerized front end alignment. Goodyear/Monroy is one of them. Victor the guy doing the Alignments speaks reasonable english. about hour later back on the road. Service was very good.

Their prices are very competitive. ( I know this to be true: I've comparison shopped.)
They have a clean waiting room, wifi, refreshments.
The staff are very impressive: Eac time I've arrived, the moment I step out of the car, someone immediately approachs me, greets me, shakes my hand and makes me feel welcome.
We live hella long way out of town, but for our tire and suspension needs, this is the only place I go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called yesterday to see if they had a particular tire in stock. Arturo was most helpful. Went in today, and I was in and out within 45 minutes! Really great service!!! Thanks Arturo and Walter!
Here is it now September of 2020, and after someone stole the battery out of my car, called Goodyear and spoke with Victor. Within two hours, Victor was at my house with a new battery, which took him all of 10 or 15 minutes to install! To say I am a huge fan of this Goodyear would be an understatement! Thank you so much Goodyear, and thank you so much Victor - you are truly lifesavers and I am so grateful. I would recommend this Goodyear store to anyone!
