Si no pueden atender los servicios no los tomen ... Ojo al dueño de esta empresa la situación está mal hay demaciados competencia y la atención y el servicio son primarios ...!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucha tardanza del servicio a domicilio, hice un pedido alas 8:30 pm y me llegó alas 10 de la noche, además los platillos que ordenamos estaban fríos y tenían mal sabor, muy buena atención al cliente y muy amable la joven que me tomó el pedido por teléfono pero tardó mucho en llegar.
No lo recomiendo la verdad.
The delivery service was very late, I placed an order at 8:30 pm and it arrived at around 10 at night, in addition, the dishes we ordered were cold and had a bad taste, very good customer service and the young woman who took me the meal was very friendly. I ordered over the phone but it took a long time to arrive.
I don't really recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, dos horas esperando a que llegara mi pedido y nunca llegó, tuve que cancelarlo porque ya no podía quedarme más tiempo esperando, muy mala experiencia, no lo recomiendo.
Terrible service, two hours waiting for my order to arrive and it never arrived, I had to cancel it because I couldn't wait any longer, very bad experience, I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me dijeron que en 40-50 minutos llegaba mi pedido y se tardaron DOS HORAS Y MEDIA, llego el repartidor y para colmo no traía el té, el sushi estaba frío y me estaban cobrando 50 pesos de mas en la cuenta. Un asco el servicio, no lo recomiendo para nada
They told me that my order would arrive in 40-50 minutes and it took TWO AND A HALF HOURS, the delivery man arrived and to top it off he didn't bring the tea, the sushi was cold and they were charging me 50 pesos more on the bill. Disgusting service, I do not recommend it at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food but they take so long to bring out the food. Also I don't know if the server was new but she lacked a lot of knowledge of the restaurant & food. Very disappointing in the communication of when our food would be delivered BUT the sushi rolls were good.

Terrible service. We waited over an hour for our food and served a very cold bowl of meat and vegetables (ordered the ribs). Asked twice where our food was and assured it was coming. We ordered 2 rolls, and 16 wings.
2 tables came in after and we're served before we were. Again told the food was coming. It never did.
We asked for the bill and after waiting another 5 minutes for change, my wife walked to the back and got our own change.
Worst food experience in Mazatlan. Hands down. Don't waste your time or your money.
