Si les dices "quiero mi hamburguesa de tal manera" y ellos responden afirmativamente, deberían de entregar tu hamburguesa de esa manera, sin embargo fallan y solo van perdiendo credibilidad con sus clientes. Yo no vuelvo, no para que me den gato por liebre nuevamente. Hamburguesas: buenas. Servicio: pésimo. Their burgers are good, but they are not able to follow instructions. If you tell them "I want my burger this way" and they say yes, they should deliver your burger that way, however they fail and only lose credibility with their customers. I'm not coming back, not to be scammed again. Burgers: good. Service: lousy.

Tienen una hamburguesa de "hongo portobello" que solo tiene pedazos de hongo cortados y una cantidad mínima, se les pregunto si podían omitir la carne y hacerla solo de puro hongo portobello, a lo que contestaron que si era posible y está es la sorpresa. No solo si incluye la carne, sino que me la dieron ahogada en aceite y omitieron el queso. Desgraciadamente no nos dimos cuenta porque la comida la solicitamos para llevar así que no pudimos regresarla. Una muy mala experiencia. It is the second time that I buy from them and I am sure there will not be a third. They have a "portobello mushroom" burger that only has cut pieces of mushroom and a minimal amount, they were asked if they could omit the meat and make it only with pure portobello mushroom, to which they replied that it was possible and this is the surprise. Not only does it include the meat, but they gave it to me drowned in oil and omitted the cheese. Unfortunately we didn't realize it because we ordered the food to go so we couldn't return it. A very bad experience.
