★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El costo es bastante elevado para el servicio que ofrecen, mi habitacion la cual fue la sencilla totalmente improvisada, ni la cama era apta para dormir, en fin, preferi cambiarme de hotel mas barato y mucho mejores habitaciones. Nada recomendable, deberian revisar sus estandares de calidad.
The cost is quite high for the service they offer, my room which was the simple totally improvised, nor the bed was suitable for sleeping, in short, I preferred to change from cheaper hotel and much better rooms. Not recommended, they should review their quality standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar muy bonito para pasar un fin de semana tranquilo, sin embargo, en evento grande el sabor de la comida deja mucho que desear, y si no estás a la hora que sirven la comida tendrás que salir a buscar que comer ya que no venden comida ni tienen disponibilidad, además si pagaste por un número determinado de gente y parte de ellos se fue, no dejan repetir plato a nadie a pesar de haber pagado ya por la comida. Lindo lugar, mal servicio y comida, excepto el pozole el cual tenía muy buen sabor.

No respetaron mi reservación, pero me dieron habitación de fácil acceso en la que conviví con insectos varios, olor a coladera del baño que se metía directo a la habitación, pues no tenía ventilación independiente.
Sin toallas, sabanas polveadas.
A mi parecer el personal no es suficiente aunque haga su mejor esfuerzo no se da el ancho.
Pide tu facturación desde el día en que llegues, para que tengas que hablar todo el mes siguiente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es muy bonito, pero el servicio de bodas no es tan bueno, no tienen orden, los alimentos no son tan buenos, todo está frio y es muy poco, por ejemplo para una pool party con parrillada, no había parrilla, no pusieron música y solo tocaba de a dos tacos por persona, en la boda no hubo pan para la crema por indicaciones del "chef" y desperdiciaban mucho vino, el lugar es bello, pero el servicio de los organizadores es pésimo, aunque los meseros son excelentes
