I ordered two meat dishes through Rappi and only one dish arrived and it was a montage. In all the branches that I have eaten is the same lousy service. I WILL NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad es que suelo ir seguido a la sucursal las Américas, y todo muy bien siempre... excepto el día de hoy carne estaba mal cocida y cortada en unos trozos muy grandes,los pisos muy sucios y al para variar el pedido incompleto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tardaron 20 min en sacar 2 montados entre más de 8 empleados que prefirieron atenderse ellos. Habíamos 2 mesas. No tenían cebolla caramelizada ni cilantro. Estaba sucio cuando llegamos. Muy descuidado.
El montado estaba rico, los quesitacos estaban fríos y el queso nisiquiera se derritió.
It took 20 minutes to get 2 mounts out of more than 8 employees who preferred to serve themselves. We had 2 tables. They had no caramelized onions or cilantro. It was dirty when we arrived. Very careless.
The montage was delicious, the quesitacos were cold and the cheese didn't even melt.
