★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me agrada todo el complejo, la seguridad , las amenidades, la distribución, y ubicación. A mí parecer la casa es pequeña para el costo, las recámaras son del tamaño común , pequeñas , igual las cocina y sala (la de más bajo costo).

Se escrituró en diciembre. Y la entrega fue "fue" en Febrero 29. Lo pongo entre comillas porque me entregaron una casa no viable. Que quiero decir con esto, que al momento de que CFE fue a realizar la instalación, no estaba lista ni la guía ni la cometida, por lo que me cancelaron el contrato, se hizo una segunda vez y nuevamente, fallida la preparación, hasta el mes de marzo quedó. En eso se atraviesan días festivos y escacez de medidores por lo que estamos a mayo y yo no he podido habitar la casa. Eso aunado a que se mete el agua por los tragaluz , te prometen un parque de perros que no está listo. No vayas a tener más de dos carros porque no hay estacionamiento, tampoco hay estacionamiento para tus visitas. Las calles están pequeñas, y tiene más de un mes y no han ido atender los detalles que se dejaron en el acta de entrega. Los drenajes están tapados, así como no dejaron el desagüe de la instalación de minisplit. Ahorrense la pena, pésimo servicio postventa, cero apoyo a entregarte una casa habitable, tienen cero convenios con luz o agua así que pues da lo mismo que estar en una colonia normal que en un fraccionamiento. Las escaleras chuecas, paredes disparejas y situaciones que la verdad ... Hacen que me lamente una y otra vez de esta compra
