 Terrible service I came to pick up some photos that must have been a day earlier and they had me 1hr waiting because they are slow inept they have a mess and they don't find anything, super disorganized

good service, we hired the photographer for the graduation photo and the deliveries were fulfilled in a timely manner, but we anticipated in time to hire their services since my graduation group is quite large

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala organización en cuanto a la renta de togas para el evento académico. Nos dieron una fecha para regresarles las togas y después la adelantaron. Cuando pedimos que se nos respetara la fecha, la persona representante del negocio nos contestó de muy mala gana. No contentos con eso, de forma muy poco profesional, la misma persona se puso a subir estados de whatsapp quejándose de que los alumnos no entregaban las togas (cuando la fecha original era al siguiente día). No recomiendo este lugar.
Very poor organization regarding the rental of robes for the academic event. They gave us a date to return the togas and then they moved it up. When we asked that the date be respected, the person representing the business answered us very reluctantly. Not happy with that, in a very unprofessional way, the same person started uploading WhatsApp statuses complaining that the students did not deliver the robes (when the original date was the next day). I do not recommend this place.
