Haber si aqui me dan una respuesta! e tratado de comunicarme a su telefono y correo de quejas y NUNCA CONTESTAN! yo soy muy buen cliente regular de ahi pero han caido de mi gracia, el personal que contratan nuevo es incompetente! no se xq contratan a gente sin preparacion o capacitenlos bien! el dia lunes 24 de febrero de 2020 acudi a esta sucursal para solicitar servicio de empeno a lo cual me lo negaron que porque mi cel es modelo viejo, llevaba una camara digital semiprofesional y que tampoco, traia mis lentes de sol y no me quedo de otra mas que intentar dejarlos, la persona que estaba en ese momento muy trabajosa con pesima actitud me echo a perder mis lentes, para empezar no los reviso enfrente de mi se metio y no se que les hizo que los estropeo, quiso prestarme muy poco dinero (enfatizo que yo como cliente regular y cumplido a mi x mis lentes de sol originales me llegaban a prestar hasta $800 pesos) enseguida que me los entrego me doy cuenta en ese momento que los habia estropeado, los tallo de los cristales o les echo algun quimico, esto sucedio en la tarde alrededor de la 1 pm a 3 pm. le solicite su nombre a esa persona y solo me dijo su nombre ALEJANDRA, se nego a darme apellidos! hoy mismo ire a PROFECO a levantar queja y denuncia. I DO NOT RECOMMEND OR FOR ANYTHING OR IN THE ABSOLUTE THIS PLACE! AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS! If there is an answer here! and tried to communicate to your phone and mail complaints and NEVER ANSWER! I am a very good regular customer there but they have fallen from my grace, the staff they hire again is incompetent! I don't know why they hire unprepared people or train them well! La misma queja de la opinion anterior! con un rotundo NO es como me trataron el dia 24 de febrero de 2020 al negarme el servicio con trabas y peros! y lo peor de todo que me estropearon mis lentes de sol orginales marca NIKE, exijo que me paguen o indemnisen mi prenda a su valor comercial al 100%. cometieron un grave error y tienen que repararlo!
