Most of the neighbors had leakage problems, they placed all the pvc pipes and when they opened to repair the pipes they were badly treated and burned, I do not doubt that problems will appear again soon, the climate preparations are clogged and they do not have rainwater drainage, there is no drainage in the patio in any model, they make you sign a delivery sheet and the guarantees are resolved as you insist on the offices and the architect, there are no fences to protect you from security, the power goes out at all times, it does not have preparation for a third level (nor as a roof garden) all the walls are made of block mud and it is delicate to place protectors (if they break, no guarantee applies) and it should be noted that if you buy here, IT IS NOT PRIVATE, IT IS CONTROLLED ACCESS, there is a lot of difference.

If you plan to buy here I suggest you take into account the following aspects: 1-The security issue, since in the 5 months that I have been living there have already been 4 robberies of which we have learned, until now the problem with one of the perimeter fences has not been solved since it is collapsed in one of the sides that adjoin a neighborhood, which allows anyone freely to enter the subdivision, we have had meetings with the construction company but they have not provided any solution yet. 2- Internet, there is no internet service at the moment from the main companies, telmex or izzi, most of them are using wireless internet which is of limited navigation. I recommend you not to buy here, at least not for now.
