Ojalá pronto terminen de habilitar las plantas superiores para ser visitadas. La guía muy amable y bien documentada. Felicitaciones. Sólo están acondicionados para visitar PB y sótano, comentan que próximamente se abrirá la casa completa. Es un inmueble exquisito. A mansion that gives you an overview of aristocratic life at the beginning of the 20th century. They are only conditioned to visit the ground floor and basement, they comment that the entire house will be opened soon. It is an exquisite property.
E	Elizabeth Hernández (Lizz) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DECEPCIONADOS, una estafa, por poco hasta el oxígeno me cobran. Recorrido INCOMPLETO Y fugaz, solo conoces primer piso y sótano. Recorrido obligatorio con guía, te llevan de prisa para llevar al próximo grupo, tardamos 20 minutos pero porque hicimos preguntas si no en 10 minutos lo recorres o hasta menos. Había una señora detrás del grupo y la guía presionando al guía para que nos apuráramos. 150 nacionales $100 estudiantes/ maestro + $50 fotos. El trato es terrible para lo que pagas desde que te cobran. CARO COSTOSO MALO. Hay mejores recorridos en esa misma calle y más baratos.
K	Karime Díaz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad, no lo vale. Es una casa de ricos comprada por otos ricos a los que se les ocurrió volverla museo pero dejan mucho que desear. Te cobran extra si quieres tomar fotos y es muy limitado el recorrido. Además de que es una exhibición muy muy pequeña y solo se tiene acceso a la planta baja, una "vigilante" nos estuvo persiguiendo todo el tiempo. Una señora mal encarada que nos siguió hasta cuando fuimos al baño, y solo a nosotras, éramos turismo nacional porque había un par de extranjeros a los que no siguió nadie más, sólo acompañados por su guía. Lo que sí debemos reconocer es que la explicación y atención de la guía es extraordinaria. Es de lo más rescatable. The truth is not worth it. It is a rich man's house bought by other rich people who decided to turn it into a museum but they leave much to be desired. They charge you extra if you want to take photos and the tour is very limited. In addition to the fact that it is a very very small exhibition and you only have access to the ground floor, a "watchman" was chasing us the whole time. A bad-faced lady who followed us even when we went to the bathroom, and only us, we were national tourism because there were a couple of foreigners who were not followed by anyone else, only accompanied by their guide. What we must recognize is that the explanation and attention of the guide is extraordinary. It is the most redeemable.

La explicación de los guías hace más amena la visita. También en el sótano puedes disfrutar la galería de arte donde encontrarás hermosas obras de un taller de pintura llamado el Árbol Sagrado formada por niños y jóvenes del Estado de Quintana Roo A unique and unparalleled experience is Casa 495, with beautiful decoration, architecture and majestic history. The explanation of the guides makes the visit more enjoyable. Also in the basement you can enjoy the art gallery where you will find beautiful works from a painting workshop called the Sacred Tree formed by children and young people from the State of Quintana Roo.

However, it's a bit pricey, especially given that they are doing renovations (which will take a while) so the tour doesn't go upstairs. It's just the main level and then a quick stop in the downstairs kitchen. I think the prices would be more woth it if/when upstairs and bedrooms are included. Price as of today (3/13/22) 250 pesos visitors 150 pesos residents 50 pesos extras if you want to take pictures inside
