★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo quisiera preguntar por qué el día de ayer 7 de Diciembre cerraron a las 6:30 en cosmopol sin publicarlo en la página? Por qué vi a varias personas llegar después de esa hora y retirarse muy molestas por qué ya habían cerrado. Y hay apartados que se pierden si no se da el pago el día indicado.

Es muy lamentable que no acepten "licencia de conducir" como ID, las personas tenemos la urgencia de ir a conseguir algo de dinero y aveces vamos con lo justo o nada. Por la situación por la que el mundo está pasando es complicado conseguir INE y deberían en estos tiempos solidarizarse mas, hoy tuve que gastar lo que no tengo gracias a esas políticas y salir del lugar con más preocupaciones y gastando ya que tuve que pagar estacionamiento, pues su sucursal se encuentra dentro de una plaza comercial, TOTALMENTE CONTRARIO AL SERVICIO QUE SUPUESTAMENTE OFRECEN, pues gracias a esa política no pude resolver mi problema, salí totalmente en ceros y con más preocupaciones.
Si tienes una urgencia no vayas a Luz Saviñón.

Good attention, terrible policies! Due to the situation that the world is going through, it is difficult to get INE and they should in these times show solidarity more, today I had to spend what I don't have thanks to those policies and leave the place with more worries and spending since I had to pay for parking, because its branch is located within a commercial plaza, TOTALLY CONTRARY TO THE SERVICE THAT THEY SUPPOSED TO OFFER, because thanks to that policy I could not solve my problem, I left completely in zero and with more concerns.
If you have an emergency, don't go to Luz Saviñón.
