★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, quiero reportar en particular a la valuadora Karina Vianey, fui a empeñar una aspiradora y como no supo desmontarla la rompió y me dijo que venia rota cuando todos los que estábamos ahí escuchamos el ruido del seguro que rompió, el gerente también la vio y no dijo nada, gente inepta ojalá los corran, no vayan ahí sólo rompen sus artículos!!!

Después me hicieron esperar una hora para pagar, según ellos solo una de su terminal acepta el pago diferido a meses. Y cuando me hicieron el cobro no lo difirieron. Neta jamas me habían tratado tan mal en una tienda.
