★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please be aware of the Aduana agents in this airport. They try to kidnap my boy while he was trying to get to Cancun mexico. During his boarding to another mexican airline, he pass through the Aduana, these agents a female and a male tried in several occasions intimidate my son, one of the agents hit my son in the shoulder and he tried to say that my boy hit him first. My son as an US citizen infromed him that he will report this to the American embassy due to retaliation, harrassment and kidnap. Please be aware of these agents. I reported this incident to the Aduana but they are corrupted, none want it to make the report or do nothing. Any US citizen please be aware of these aduana agents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and clean airport, it has a lot of restaurants and the staff is kind and knowledgeable.
The waiting rooms are big enough and they have ATM for different Mexican banks.
The place is well maintained and they have a free bus that can take you to the other terminals.
There is security outside.
Good job for the people that run this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Monterrey International Airport has a long way to go to be the all it can be. It has potential. Right now it lacks everything. The floor is old, broken in some sections. A/c is BAD! There's not enough seats for everyone. People literally have to walk onto the tarmac to board planes. The only thing going for it right now, which is above and beyond even some U.S. airports, is the P.A. system. You could easily understand the announcements. We heard plenty of them as flights were commonly delayed. Ours notwithstanding was over 2 hours late. Hopefully they can get their act together. This airport has the potential to be a world class hub.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Air Conditioning! The private owners of OMA should be ashamed!! You cannot have an airport in this city with no AC.
We have been waiting for more than 40 mins for our bags to arrive to the terminal, there is no one. Only 2 flights have arrived and our bags are not here yet.
We pay airport taxes, and we get this, a THIRD WORLD AIRPORT in a city that is so important in Mexico.
If I could give negative stars I would.
Have lived here all my life and this airport is terrible. All the terminals are the same!
Two days ago, terminal B, had no AC.
You get off the plane and start sweating!
OMA IS DOING THINGS TERRIBLY!
Even the workers here tell us they have no personnel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terminal C looks a bit outdated and is not comfortable at all for a + 2 hours wait. No seats in the check-in area and those in the boarding gate are hard an uncomfortable. No kiosks to charge your mobile phones or laptops, places to eat only include fast food. It looks cramped and kind of an unfinished construction site.
Terminal B is in a better shape.
