★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, cero recomendado. En tres ocaciones trajeron incompleto el pedido, y la ultima vez se empecinaron en cobrar doble envío. Además siempre entregan 1-2 días después del día que prometen, dejan esperando al cliente el día entero y ni siquiera avisan que se retrasaran.
Terrible service, zero recommended. In three occasions they brought the order incomplete, and the last time they insisted on charging double shipping. In addition they always deliver 1-2 days after the day they promise, they leave the customer waiting for the whole day and they do not even notify them that they are late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De verdad pésimo servicio, me sorprende que aún sigan operaciones, uno pudiera esperar y comprender que en algún momento se les pase un pedido, pero siempre es la misma situación, tenemos años de servicio, siempre con el mismo problema, desde las personas que atienden el teléfono que no saben en realidad levantar un pedido y no le dan seguimiento, o te dicen, que ya está en ruta, que se debieron haber entregado, aún cuando uno les llama y llevan una semana de entrega de retraso, y te prometen que ya van en camino, nunca llegan! Tiene uno que estar llamando y llamando, de verdad que poco profesionales, ojalá los dueños del negocio hagan algo por qué, que manera tan eficiente pero de perder clientes! Capaciten mejor a su personal, por qué es lamentable lo poco que les importamos y el desdén con el que se nos atiende cuando uno llama a preguntar por su pedido, y no te cuento que se equivocan a cada rato en las facturas y cuando solicitas que te re facturen debido a sus errores, peor! De verdad horrible.
Really terrible service, I am surprised that operations are still going on, one could hope and understand that at some point an order is passed to them, but it is always the same situation, we have years of service, always with the same problem, from the people who attend the phone that they do not really know how to raise an order and do not follow up on it, or they tell you that it is already en route, that they should have been delivered, even when you call them and they are a week late delivery, and they promise that they are already on their way, they never arrive! One has to be calling and calling, really unprofessional, I hope the business owners do something why, what an efficient way but to lose customers! Train your staff better, because it is unfortunate how little we care about us and the disdain with which we are attended when you call to ask about your order, and I do not tell you that they make mistakes every time in the invoices and when you request that get billed for your mistakes, worse! Really horrible.
