★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una experiencia agradable a comparacion del centro de dist walmart ya que tuve una experiencia desagradable por la indolencia humana de su entrada ya que llevaba una dama como compañera y maneobrista documentada por la empresa el caso es que no le dieron acceso en walmart y tuvo que quedarse en la puerta y no hay un lugar adonde sentarse y le di una cobija y se durmio es el piso durante muchas horas y eso me hace pensar que su personal no tienen valores humanos y dignidad ahi no hay una sala de espera y eso cambiaria mucho las cosas en cambio aqui en soriana todo es diferente empece a pensar que todo monterrey era asi pero me equivoque un saludo a todos sus seguidores ya que vengo desde la ciudad de mexico.

I began to think that all Monterrey was like that, but I was wrong, a greeting to all its followers since I come from Mexico City.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creo que es una gran empresa q da trabajo a muchísimas personas solo que creo que está rebasado su espíritu de servicio por el volumen de mercancías q reciben su personal en mi opinión de lo mejor noble y sacrificado pero de lo mejor hay que tener paciencia en esta temporada amo esta empresa y quiero mucho a su personal entregado a su trabajo digan asi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio asignan citas a diestra y siniestra empalman citas a la misma hora de más de las que pueden cubrir obviamente no las respetan los CHÓFERES duran ahí esperando que les asigne rampa más de un día y no se diga para que sean descargados y lo peor es la espera de papelería sólo te dicen que aún no recibe tu carga y te tienen en espera sin saber nada de tu carga y el personal se va a comer como si nada y ya no te contestan mientras los CHÓFERES tienen que seguir esperando incluso cuando hay cambio de turno y los del siguiente turno sólo dicen que ellos no saben nada que van llegando que apenas los de almacén
