★ ★ ★ ★ ★ el servicio de agua es por medio de tinacos y la empresa no esta dispuesta a hacerte una carta responsiva donde se comprometen a hacer seguimiento de la instalacion de agua.. ademas a eso, no llega el servicio de internet por fibra.. hay miles de opciones mucho mejor en queretaro, huyan de este proyecto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No viviría ahí. Cómo en muchos de los nuevos desarrollos inmobiliarios; parecen más bien departamentos, están alejados y para llegar ahí hay que cruzar una zona fea. Lo único rescatable es que son nuevos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visite estos departamentos, que acabados tan lindos. La privada muy agradable, las rentas accesibles. Lo único es el detalle de transitar todaaaaa una colonia para llegar a la ubicación. Felicidades a la constructora.
Visit these apartments, what beautiful finishes. Very nice private, affordable rents. The only thing is the detail of going through a whole colony to get to the location. Congratulations to the builder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay Internet por fibra óptica, gas natural, todos los servicios, sólo que van lentos con las áreas comunes y el acceso directo por Anillo Vial J. Serra; hace dos años prometen y no acaban. La vista es hermosa en los apartamentos que tienen parte posterior al Anillo Vial. Las viviendas están super equipadas y con buenos acabados, sin llegar a ser de lujo. La cubierta de la cocina es de granito. Son ecológicas, pues tienen paneles solares para generar energía eléctrica y calentador solar.

The view is beautiful in the apartments that are behind the Ring Road. The houses are super equipped and with good finishes, without being luxurious. The kitchen cover is granite.
