Entiendo que es producto perecedero y esto es negocio pero así no funcionan las cosas. Si esta por caducarse en las próximas 24 hrs (o menos) AVISENLE al cliente y que el tome la decisión.
Te venden algo caducado, si pides un cambio de pastel, reembolso o algún otro por una fecha de caducidad mas amplia te dicen que NO. Contratan gente incompetente o así son sus políticas?

 They sell expired cakes. They charge you and tell you later.
I understand that it is a perishable product and this is business, but things do not work that way. If it is about to expire in the next 24 hours (or less) NOTIFY the client and let him make the decision.
They sell you something expired, if you ask for a change of cake, refund or some other for a longer expiration date they tell you NO. Do they hire incompetent people or are their policies like that?
