Pedi 2 pasteles de mostrador un dia antes para envío a domicilio el cual nunca llego. Esto era para un viernes a las 5 de la tarde, eran las 9 de la noche y seguian dando escusas y diciendo que si iba a llegar.
Es jueves y no me han regresado mi dienero que confiada deposite para que me pudieran mandar mis pasteles. La gerente de Tlalnepantla se comunico de su numero personal el mismo viernes diciendo que ella salio desde las 5 de la tarde asi que una disculpa, jamas me ha vuelto a contestar, en atención al cliente solo contestan que lo estan revizando. Una transfrencia se puede hacer las 24 hras del dia y los 7 dias de la semana, asi que siguen dando pretextos.
Son unos rateros.
Order that was never delivered and they kept my money.
I ordered 2 counter cakes the day before for home delivery which never arrived. This was for a Friday at 5 in the afternoon, it was 9 at night and they kept giving excuses and saying that if he was going to arrive.
It is Thursday and they have not returned my money that I confidently deposited so that they could send me my cakes. The manager of Tlalnepantla communicated her personal number the same Friday saying that she left since 5 in the afternoon so an apology, she has never answered me again, in customer service they only answer that they are reviewing it. A transfer can be made 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so they continue to give excuses.
They are thieves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré una rosca grande y mi sorpresa es que es muy pequeña además de cara, $650 pesos por una rosca de tamaño mediano en una caja la cuál no se llenaba ni 3/4 partes, pero en sabor son muy buenas.
