★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give this part of the city a three bc, although it has public bathrooms that close until 11:00pm and it's a spot to get ahurigas and pulmonías, but it's ALWAYS dirty. Thrash everywhere, there are no trash cans although it's a hot spot for locals and tourists.
