★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En este Pueblo Mágico de Tequisquiapan se realizó en 1971 la famosa película de "El Profe", en la primaria Rafael Samorano, siendo este uno de los motivos por los que al cumplir Cantinflas 25 años de su fallecimiento de inaugura el 03 de marzo de 2018 este monumento en su honor.
“Cantinflas” es un actor mexicano que traspaso fronteras y logró gran popularidad, considerado como uno de los mejores comediantes de México y el mundo.
Cuenta con una frase que dice, “La educación siempre romperá cadenas y abrirá ventanas”, tiene la finalidad de representar la educación, el arte y el turismo.
Si vienen a Tequis, visiten este lugar y les pido cuidemos siempre nuestros monumentos, sitios públicos y privados, no tiremos basura, no grafiti dónde no está permitido, lo menciono porque al mes de ser develado sufrió de vandalismo.
He visto muchas de sus películas y la verdad me hacen reír, para mí gusto siempre fue muy creativo para el humor negro respecto de nuestra realidad política y que te ríes porque tristemente siguen vigentes sus películas y sigue pasando lo mismo, pero en fin, mi admiración hacia su trabajo nos trajo aquí, Artur siempre al pendiente de no dejar nada por visitar.

Yo creó que hubiera estado mucho mejor que colocarán el monumento en las calles donde se grabó la película. Dónde estaba la escuelita. Lastima que no fuera así, aún así está en un pequeño jardín que está lindo y está limpio.

I thought that it would have been much better if they had placed the monument in the streets where the film was recorded. Where was the school?
