★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A well kept memorial. Quiet with some street vendors selling snacks and food. Loved the tree adorning the park as well. Got a few photos in front of the multicolored "El Refugio" sign too.
Not much in the ways of "things to do" at this memorial, but if you're a history buff, you'll enjoy the memorial.
I was brought here by my girlfriend's family when I asked if there were any historical monuments in the area.
