★ ★ ★ ★ ★ es un monumento bonito que recuerda a Jose Ma Velasco, lo malo es el lugar, esta muy escondido y un tanto descuidado, la zona es un poco peligrosa en ciertos horarios

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una escultura que no nos gusta mucho visitar ya que están muy sucios los alrededores además de que tiene muchos grafitis.
...Esta totalmente abandonada e incluso ya no tiene una mano.
...No es muy llamativa sin embargo la puedes visitar a cualquier hora del día, cualquier día de la semana ya que se encuentra al aire libre.
...Si vas en trasporte público el metro más cercano es la estación Garibaldi.
...Si vas en automovil puedes estacionarte en los alrededores.

It is a sculpture that we do not like very much to visit since the surroundings are very dirty and it has a lot of graffiti.
