★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este pequeño monumento es un buen detalle conmemorativo de nuestra constitución política. Ubicado justo a la mitad de avenida constituyentes y frente a un centro cultural, lo cual me parece excelente. Todo queda de acuerdo al tema. Físicamente no es súper elaborado pero es bastante bonito. Es bueno que exista aquí.
 This small monument is a good commemorative detail of our political constitution. Located right in the middle of constituents avenue and in front of a cultural center, which I think is excellent. Everything is according to the theme. Physically it is not super elaborate but it is quite beautiful. It's good that it exists here.
