★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este monumento es un misterio, no tenemos idea de donde salió y porque está ahi; algunas teorias dicen que a nadie le gusta ese trozo de roca y que a la insitución se le hizo grosero rechazar el obsequio. No se tiene información de que existe algun premio por adivinar que es. No hay registro de cuando será demolida o terminada.
This monument is a mystery, we have no idea where it came from and why it is there; some theories say that nobody likes that piece of rock and that the institution was rude to refuse the gift. There is no information that there is any prize for guessing what it is. There is no record of when it will be demolished or terminated.
